Abstract

The invention discloses an environmentally-friendly material used for producing pens, which is characterized in that the material is composed of the mixture of polylactic acid with weight percentage of 93 percent to 96 percent, a chain extender with weight percentage of 0.8 percent to 1.2 percent which belongs to the ADR series chain extenders produced by BASF AG, an aromatic phosphates transparent nucleator with weight percentage of 0.6 percent to 1.0 percent and calcium carbonate with weight percentage of 2.5 percent to 5 percent. The material has the advantages that the environmentally-friendly material used for producing pens is composed by mixing the polylactic acid, the chain extender, the nucleator and the calcium carbonate in accordance with a certain proportion, wherein, the nucleator can improve the crystal speed of the injection molding of the polylactic acid and the temperature resistance of the polylactic acid, the chain extender can restrain the polylactic acid from degrading during production process and thereby keeping the property of the polylactic acid stable and constant; therefore, the environmentally-friendly material is adopted to produce pens; the strength and temper thereof meet the requirements of production and assembly; besides, the material is characterized by good stability and high production efficiency thereby being applicable to mass production; what is more, the produced pens can meet the requirements of container transport and routine storage.
