Problems solved by technology

At present, 40-50% alcohol is commonly used in the market as a preservation solution, which is used to support cells in transportation and storage of microscopic slides. More than 50% alcohol can fix highly mobile proteins, but then the protein forms deposits and cannot be transformed into Slides, which make cytology difficult and can distort the cell surface
If less than 20% of the cells cannot be fixed for a long time, it will easily lead to cell degradation

Abstract

The invention relates to a cervical exfoliated cell preservative liquid, the preservative liquid comprises the following components with the contents (by weight): 20 percent to 50 percent of alcohols; 15 percent to 50 percent of anti-aggregation reagent; 5 percent to 10 percent of buffer solution; 1 percent to 20 percent of ion strength maintaining reagent; 0.01 percent to 0.5 percent of anti-microbial reagent; 0.1 to 5 percent of mucus dissolving reagent; and 0 to 0.5 percent of cleaning agent. Compared with the prior art, the preservative liquid can not only lead cells to maintain the shape in an in vitro liquid suspension environment, minimize the protein precipitation, dissolve larger protein substances, such as blood and mucus, and reduce the cell aggregation, but can also selectively eliminate or reduce red cells, effectively kill microbes, prevent the activity of reverse transcriptase and retain the integrity of nucleic acids and proteins for facilitating the later analysis; in addition, the preservative liquid can greatly reduce the costs of consumptive materials for the TCT detection, improve the sensitivity and the specificity of the cervical cancer screening and accelerate the promotion and the popularization of the TCT technology in a medical system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cell preservation solution, in particular to a cervical exfoliated cell preservation solution. Background technique [0002] As a screening method for cervical lesions, many factors involved in the traditional Pap smear process, such as sampling, smear quality, and cell separation, will seriously reduce the positive rate of cells. Cell engineering experts have introduced a new technology for sheet production - liquid-based thin-layer cytology (TCT), which mainly discards non-diagnostic impurities through technical processing to make thin-layer cell sheets that can be clearly observed, making it easier for readers to observe , the diagnostic accuracy was significantly improved. [0003] Liquid-based thin-layer cytology (TCT) has changed the operation method of the previous Pap smear. The specimen is immediately washed into the cell preservation solution after being taken out, and the cells left on the sampling device during t...
