Embodiment 1

[0023] The proportion of hot melt adhesive is as follows: 10 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax, 2 parts of EVA+EMA, 2 parts of wine red pigment, 65 parts of polymerized rosin, 1 part of antioxidant, and 1 part of brightener. Stir the prepared material to 1000Cp with a hand pot, put the material into the pot and run for about 10 minutes to take it out and granulate. Extrusion granulation adopts single-screw or twin-screw extruder, and the properties of hot melt adhesive produced by extrusion granulation are as follows:

Embodiment 2

[0029] The proportion of hot melt adhesive is as follows: 7 parts of polyethylene wax, 40 parts of EVA+EAA, 2 parts of wine red pigment, 40 parts of 145 resin, 1 part of glitter powder, 2 parts of calcium carbonate, 2 parts of silicon micropowder, 2 parts of talcum powder, 2 parts of white carbon black, 1 part of light white carbon black, 1 part of JL-G02 modifier. Use a mixing pot to stir the prepared material to 800Cp, put the material into the pot and run it for about 10 minutes to take out and granulate. The finished rubber granules are mixed with 2 parts of talcum powder, 2 parts of white carbon black, and light white carbon. Mix 1 part of black and 1 part of JL-G02 modifier, and then granulate. Single-screw or twin-screw extruders can be used for extrusion granulation, and the properties of hot melt adhesives produced by extrusion granulation are as follows

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for dispersing hot-melt adhesive filler. The method comprises the following steps that: filler and other components of hot-melt adhesive are evenly mixed by granulation equipment; or part of the filler and other components of the hot-melt adhesive are evenly mixed and granulated by granulation equipment, and then the left over filler is evenly mixed with the granulated mixture. Other components of the hot-melt adhesive comprise main body resin, tackifying resin and a diluent agent; the filler comprises toner, flash powder, calcium carbonate, micro silicon powder, talc powder, white carbon black, light white carbon black, metal nitride, metal oxide and metal nitride or metal oxide; moreover, extruding granulation adopts a single screw extruder or a double screw extruder. The method has the advantages that: the addition of a poisonous and harmful dispersing agent is reduced to protect the environment; the filler is evenly mixed through a physical method, and manufacturing technique is simplified to reduce cost; and because a granular material contains less air volatile matter, the product is not easy to generate air bubbles, thereby ensuring product quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an adhesive filler in the chemical industry, in particular to a method for dispersing a hot-melt adhesive filler. Background technique [0002] Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)-based hot-melt adhesives can be widely used in civil fields such as book binding, automatic packaging production lines, and carpet backing. As production automation increases, so does the demand for this product. [0003] The product is composed of main resin, tackifying resin, diluent and other raw materials, and its cost is relatively high. One of the means to reduce costs is to add some fillers to the components. The commonly used fillers are: calcium carbonate, silicon micropowder, talcum powder, white carbon black, light white carbon black, metal nitrides, metal oxides, etc., but these The disadvantage of fillers is that they are either heavy in proportion, easy to sink to the bottom, poor in dispersion, or too expensive. For example, Unite...
