Magnetic contact tamper switch for security accessories

A tamper detection switch is primarily for use in an enclosure of a security system component. The enclosure has a base and a cover that may be repositioned relative to the base. One of the cover and the base holds a conductive magnetic element free to translate within a predetermined range generally perpendicular to the respective cover or base. The other of the cover and the base holds at least two ferrous metal contacts of an open tamper circuit in proximity of a conductive magnetic element. In the closed position the conductive magnetic element bridges the ferrous contacts and closes the tamper circuit. Attempts to tamper with the enclosure separate the ferrous contacts from the conductive magnetic element, opening the tamper circuit and signaling a possible attack.

High security switch assembly

Tamper-resistant switch assemblies are provided including a first movement-sensing switch and a second tamper-sensing switch assembly, the latter including a switchable component and an actuating component. Preferably, the switch and switch assembly are housed within an encapsulated switch module, with the actuating component positioned above or to the side of the module. Mounting structure serves to support the module within a mounting opening and is operable to prevent removal of the switchable component and actuating component without significant relative shifting movement between the switchable component and actuating component. Any attempted tampering results in such relative shifting movement, thereby triggering an alarm.

Micro switch

The application provides a micro switch. The micro switch comprises a shell, a moving contact and a static contact which are arranged in the shell, and a reset magnet. The moving contact is a first magnet, and the first magnet moves towards the side close to the static contact under the action of the closing force so that the moving contact point of the moving contact is connected with the staticcontact point of the static contact. The reset magnet is arranged in the shell and is used for applying a magnetic field force for resetting the first magnet to the first magnet. After the closing force is removed, the first magnet resets under the action of the magnetic force, so that the moving contact point is separated from the static contact point. In the scheme, the moving contact, the static contact and the reset magnet will not deform and will not generate fatigue stress due to deformation in the connection and separation processes of the moving contact point and the static contact point. Therefore, compared with the mechanical micro switch in the prior art, the micro switch has a longer service life and better sensitivity and hand feel of touch.

Magnetic induction variable-speed switch device

The invention discloses a magnetic induction variable-speed switch device comprising a frequency conversion circuit controller and a magnetic induction control switch. The frequency conversion circuit controller has a magnetic control integrated circuit. The magnetic induction control switch comprises a pedestal, a rotating shaft, a rotary knob, and a permanent magnet. The pedestal is fixed to a motor shell, and is provided with a through hole. The rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the through hole. The rotary knob is fixed to an outer end of the rotating shaft. The permanent magnet is fixed to an inner end of the rotating shaft and directly faces the magnetic control integrated circuit. The permanent magnet is a rare earth magnet of which the magnetic induction intensity is 1 Tesla. By rotating the rotary knob, the permanent magnet rotates along with the rotating shaft to change the direction of magnetic field. Control on the magnetic control integrated circuit is realized as the direction of magnetic field changes, and thus the frequency conversion circuit controller controls the rotation speed of the motor. By using the device of the invention, continuous variable speed and reverse rotation of the motor can be achieved. The switch is a non-contact magnetic induction control switch, the overall design reaches the Chinese explosion-proof standard, and the safety coefficient is higher.
