The invention relates to an atrial shunt instrument and a
stoma instrument. The atrial shunt instrument comprises a traction piece, a
cutting piece, a sheathing canal and a control
handle, wherein the traction piece, the
cutting piece and the sheathing canal are all connected with the control
handle; the traction piece is movably contained in the sheathing canal and used for pulling tissue to be
cut into the sheathing canal; the control
handle comprises a traction piece control
assembly and a limiting piece, the traction piece control
assembly controls the traction piece to be movably contained in the sheathing canal, and the limiting piece is used for locking the relative position of the traction piece and the sheathing canal; the
cutting piece comprises a cutting part; and the cutting part is connected with a
radio frequency power supply connector, so the cutting part is electrified to carry out electric cutting when being electrified. When the atrial shunt instrument is used for
stoma shunt, a
stent does not need to be implanted, and an opening can be prevented from being closed.
