Abstract

The invention discloses a novel prestressed duct grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The novel prestressed duct grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 62 to 68 parts of cement, 10 to 15 parts of phosphorus slag powder, 4 to 8 parts of rock debris, 2 to 3.5 parts of coal gangue powder, 5 to 6.5 parts of porous silica fume, 1 to 1.5 parts of macromolecular water-absorbent resin, 0.1 to 0.4 part of corrosion inhibitor, 0.2 to 0.4 part of modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 2 to 4 parts of water reducing agent and 0.1 to 1 part of defoaming agent. According to the prestressed duct grouting material prepared by the invention, the recycling of solid wastes is realized, the pollution of the wastes to the environment is reduced, the problems of large shrinkage and low early strength of the grouting material after coagulation are effectively solved, and the aims of improving the safety, mechanical property and durability of the structure are fulfilled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of civil engineering construction, and in particular relates to a novel prestressed channel grouting slurry and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Compared with ordinary concrete, prestressed concrete structures are widely used in highways, bridges and civil construction projects in my country because of their advantages of high strength, good crack resistance, high stiffness, low self-weight and good durability. At present, most of the prestressed concrete components in our country usually need to reserve holes during processing in order to penetrate the prestressed steel bars during the construction process, and these reserved holes need to be filled with hole pressure slurry. As one of the key materials of prestressed concrete beams, the grouting material can protect the prestressed tendons from being exposed and corroded; it can effectively connect the concrete and the steel bars, ensure t...
