The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine active component composition capable of promoting the directional differentiation of cardiomyocytes from stem cells, including: icariin, astragaloside IV, ginsenoside Rg1, PLGF 2 , salvianolic acid B, sphingosine-1-phosphate, deer antler polypeptide, sea dragon extract and hippocampus extract.
