Abstract

The invention discloses a synthesis method of a polymer emulsifier and an application of the polymer emulsifier in preparation of a hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion. The synthesis method comprises the steps: weighing methoxy polyethylene glycol methacrylate and a polymerization inhibitor hydroquinone, uniformly mixing, adding phosphorus pentoxide, adding water after the reaction is finished, and hydrolyzing to obtain a methoxy polyethylene glycol methacrylate phosphorylated monomer; weighing octadecyl methacrylate and the prepared monomer, dissolving the weighed octadecyl methacrylate and the prepared monomer in isopropanol, dissolving an initiator in acetone, and when the temperature rises to 55-65 DEG C, dropwise adding an initiator solution; and after dropwise adding, carrying out heat preservation reaction to obtain a polymer emulsifier. The emulsifier disclosed by the invention takes octadecyl methacrylate as a hydrophobic monomer, has a relatively long hydrophobic chain, and has relatively strong acting force with hydroxyl silicone oil. The methoxy polyethylene glycol methacrylate phosphorylated monomer is a hydrophilic solvated chain segment and can provide steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion, so that a stable system is obtained.
