The casual shoe sole is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 to 120 parts of TPR reclaimed material, 20 to 40 parts of polypropylene, 15 to 30 parts of thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber, 0.05 to 0.15 part of cross-linking agent, 3 to 7 parts of polyacrylamide, 2 to 6 parts of polymethacrylate and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of amino-modified polyacrylic acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing the TPR reclaimed material, the polypropylene, the thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber and the cross-linking agent, conducting banburying, then adding the polyacrylamide, the polymethacrylate and the amino-modified polyacrylic acid, continuously conducting banburying, and conducting granulating to obtain a granulated material; and S2, heating the granulated material to a molten state, and then extruding the molten material into a sole mold for injection molding to obtain the casual shoe sole.
