Abstract

The method adopts three steps to meet process requirements: (1) oxidation reaction: taking cyclopentene as a raw material, adopting hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing agent, adding an oxidation catalyst, an auxiliary agent and a solvent, and carrying out oxidation reaction in a reactor to generate 1, 2-cyclopentane oxide; (2) hydrogenation reaction: taking 1, 2-cyclopentane oxide as a raw material, adding hydrogen and a nickel-series supported catalyst, and carrying out hydrogenation reaction process in a reactor to generate cyclopentanol; and (3) dehydrogenation reaction: taking cyclopentanol as a raw material, adding a dehydrogenation catalyst, and carrying out dehydrogenation reaction in a reaction rectification device to generate cyclopentanone. The cyclopentanone preparation method provided by the invention is environment-friendly, mild in operation condition and high in cyclopentanone yield, and pollution of a strong acid preparation process to equipment and the environment is reduced.
