Through the combination of two modes of ultrasonic waves and cluster magneto-rheology, efficient polishing machining on the surface of a material is realized in the mode that a flux linkage channeling clamping abrasive moves relative to the surface of the workpiece, the interference degree of an abrasive particle track is increased through ultrasonic vibration, effective fine scratching distribution can be more uniform, and the uniformity of polishing machining is ensured.
