Embodiment 1

[0027] Prepare luteolin with water to a concentration of 100mg L -1 and 200mg L -1 The solution was evenly sprayed on the surface of the freshly harvested cherry fruit, only sprayed once, sprayed on the surface of the fruit evenly covered with foggy water droplets as a standard, while sterile water was used as a control. After drying, store under suitable conditions (25°C, relative humidity 85-90%), and test the sensory quality indicators such as weight loss rate, soluble solid content, titratable acid and natural incidence rate of samples for 6 consecutive days. The result is as figure 1 It was shown that luteolin can delay the change of fruit weight loss rate and soluble solid content, the content of titratable acid is always higher than that of the control group, and reduce the natural disease rate.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Prepare luteolin with water to a concentration of 100mg L -1 and 200mg L -1 The solution was evenly sprayed on the surface of the freshly harvested cherry fruit, only sprayed once, sprayed on the surface of the fruit evenly covered with foggy water droplets as a standard, while sterile water was used as a control. After drying, store under suitable conditions (25°C, relative humidity 85-90%), take samples every 2 days, store at -80°C, grind all samples, and measure phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL), cinnamon Acid-4-hydroxylase (C4H), 4-coumaric acid coenzyme A ligase (4CL) enzyme activity changes and corresponding gene (PAL, C4H, 4CL) expression levels. Such as figure 2 Shown, compare with contrast, illustrate that the present invention effectively activates fruit phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL), cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase (C4H), 4-coumaric acid coenzyme A ligase ( 4CL) and increase the expression levels of PAL, C4H, and 4CL genes. We speculate that luteolin may ...

Embodiment 3

[0031] Prepare luteolin with water to a concentration of 100mg L -1 and 200mg L -1The solution was evenly sprayed on the surface of the freshly harvested cherry fruit, only sprayed once, sprayed on the surface of the fruit evenly covered with foggy water droplets as a standard, while sterile water was used as a control. After drying, store under suitable conditions (25°C, relative humidity 85-90%), take a sample every 2 days, and measure the total anthocyanin content and the expression level of corresponding genes (CHS, DFR, UFGT) for 6 consecutive days detection. Such as image 3 As shown, compared with the control group, the total anthocyanin content in the fruits of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the gene expression levels of CHS, DFR, and UFGT were increased, indicating that luteolin can promote the synthesis of total anthocyanins.

Abstract

The invention provides application of luteolin in delaying quality deterioration of harvested fruits. Research finds that the luteolin is externally sprayed on the surfaces of cherry fruits, so that the sensory quality and the oxidation resistance can be remarkably improved; defense reaction and anthocyanin synthesis are induced; and thus, senescence is delayed. The luteolin also can inhibit hyphagrowth of botrytis cinerea and penicillium expansum and reduce pathogenicity of botrytis cinerea and penicillium expansum. Research finds that patulin produced by penicillium expansum can cause cancer and teratogenesis, but luteolin can reduce toxin production of penicillium expansum to a certain extent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fresh-keeping of fruits and vegetables, and in particular relates to the application of luteolin in delaying post-harvest quality deterioration of fruits. Background technique [0002] Cherry fruit is rich in sugar, protein, vitamins, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and other elements. It is rich in nutrition and delicious in taste, and is deeply loved by consumers. However, during the storage of cherries, the quality of the fruit deteriorates, and the gloss of the fruit surface becomes darker, the color fades, the smoothness decreases, and the cherries are more susceptible to mechanical damage and microbial infection and rot and deterioration, resulting in huge economic losses. Therefore, it is very necessary to find a safe and efficient fresh-keeping method. To realize the preservation of fruits and vegetables, we should start from two aspects: delaying the postharvest ripening process of fruits a...
