Two bottom prefabricated parts and one top prefabricated part are transversely spliced to form an arch-shaped section of the structure, and the structure longitudinally achieves the length meeting the design requirement by continuously splicing formed arch-shaped section units; and the prefabricated parts adopt steel-concrete composite cross sections and are composed of profile steel arches, reinforced concrete plates and shear connectors, grooves are reserved in structural hogging moment areas on the reinforced concrete plates, and after the prefabricated parts are assembled, the ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite materials are cast in place in the grooves, so that transverse and longitudinal connection between the prefabricated parts is achieved. The comprehensive pipe rack is excellent in structure bearing performance and high in assembly degree and has excellent crack control and anti-corrosion properties, and the structural cost is reduced by reasonably arranging the ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite materials.
