Edible starch or flour is taken as a raw material, and the dry yeast is taken as a fermentation raising agent. Storage activity of the dry yeast declines quickly when the dry yeast is in a high-moisture condition and in an aerobic environment, and activity lossof the dry yeast is small due to bicomponent packaging. The optimized preparation method is also suitable for the flour bicomponent self-raising powder, and storage period and quality stability of the flour self-raising powder are improved.
