Abstract

The invention provides a high-efficiency seawater distillation desalination device for steel production, which includes a water tank, a residual heat recovery system, a distillation apparatus, a concentrated salt water storage tank, and a cooling tank. The residual heat recovery system includes an oil tank and a heat absorption coil arranged on a boiler. The distillation apparatus is provided witha heating apparatus, is connected to the concentrated salt water storage tank through a concentrated salt water discharge pipe, and is connected to the cooling tank through a vapor pipeline. The device has simple structure and reasonable design; by fully utilizing residual heat from the boiler, the seawater is desalinated into desalted water with residual heat, wherein the desalted water can be applied to all sections in steel production. An electronic balance can control distillation quantity. Heating coils have a snakelike shape and are respectively formed in aluminum or copper heating block in a casting manner, so that the heating block is high in heat absorption speed and heat absorption efficiency. The distillation apparatus is high in distillation efficiency. The heating block is arranged in a box, so that heat can be absorbed by water in the box, thereby reaching a low heat loss rate.
