Abstract

A low-formaldehyde-content environmentally friendly density fiberboard is disclosed, including following components by weight: 50-60 parts of wood, 25-35 parts of papermaking waste and 10-20 parts ofglue. A manufacturing method of the density fiberboard includes chipping and crushing the wood and the papermaking waste, then mixing the chipped and crushed wood and papermaking waste, and subjectingthe mixture to defibrating, glue spraying, drying, paving, thermal compression and aftertreatment to obtain the density fiberboard. The papermaking waste is adopted in the density fiberboard to replace a part of wood fibers on the one hand so as to fill the gap of wood supply, and to avoid environment pollution caused by papermaking waste incineration and emission, thus reducing the cost and improving quality; and on the other hand, the papermaking waste is used in the density fiberboard to increase bonding force between the glue and wood fibers in the density fiberboard and to reduce the dosage of the glue, thus finally reducing the formaldehyde released, and improving the product quality grade of the density fiberboard product.
