Embodiment 1

[0036] Simultaneous detection of multiple substituted anilines in sewage or sludge by gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS):

[0037] Take the influent, effluent and activated sludge of the sewage treatment plant as sewage or sludge samples.

[0038] (1) Make a standard curve: configure the gradient concentration standard solution of each substituted aniline substance respectively, use gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) to detect and analyze respectively, and calculate the concentration of various substituted aniline substances Area, carry out linear regression to the actual concentration of various substituted anilines in the standard solution to obtain the standard curve;

[0039] (2) Sample pretreatment: extract the sewage sample or sludge sample to obtain the extracted sample, and obtain the analysis sample after the extracted sample is purified; blank sample: take ultrapure water, and perform pretrea...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting substituted aniline substances in sewage or sludge by utilizing gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, relating to the technicalfield of detection of harmful chemicals. The method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a standard curve; (2) pretreating a sample: carrying out extraction on a sewage sample or a sludgesample to obtain an extraction sample, and enabling the extraction sample to be purified to obtain an analytic sample; and (3) carrying out detection analysis on the analytic sample obtained in the step (2) by utilizing the gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS), and calculating to obtain concentrations of various kinds of substituted aniline substances in the sewage sample or the sludge sample. The method provided by the invention is low in the limit of detection and simple to operate, and can be used for simultaneously and accurately determining the contentof multiple kinds of substituted aniline substances in the sample and solving the problem of impurity interference to chemical substance detection in the sewage or sludge sample.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of hazardous chemical detection, in particular to a method for detecting substituted aniline substances in sewage or sludge by using gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS). Background technique [0002] Governments have taken various steps to prioritize and conduct hazard assessments of the large number of chemicals in commercial processes for which there is little data on their potential impacts. For example, in 2006, the Canadian government introduced a chemical management plan to prioritize and assess the hazards to human health and the environment of approximately 23,000 chemicals that have been used in commerce for the past two decades. Similar initiatives are also in place in the European Union and the United States. implementation, where SPAs (substituted phenylamine anti-oxidants) chemicals are present on these prioritization and risk assessment lists. [0003] Subs...
