The high-adhesion electrostatic-conductive water-based reflective heat-insulating coating used for the chemical storage tank comprises a high-adhesion reflective heat-insulating coating and an electrostatic-conductive reflective coating; the high-adhesion reflective heat-insulating coating is composed of the following components in parts by weight: hollow glass micro beads, a silane coupling agent, an emulsion, a pigment, a filler, reflective powder, a first auxiliary agent, a cosolvent and water; and the electrostatic-conductive reflective coating is composed of the following components in parts by weight: a surfactant, an electrostatic-conductive filler, nano titanium dioxide, a fluorocarbon emulsion, a second auxiliary agent and water.
