Abstract

The invention discloses a perovskite precursor solution and an application thereof for preparing a solar cell. The perovskite precursor solution comprises the following components, by mass: 2.56% to 9.46% of methanaminium iodide, 0.13% to 2.35% of methylamine bromide, 3.54% to 11 .90% of formamidine iodide, 28.63% to 53.60% lead iodide, 2.44% to 7.70% of lead bromide, 0 to 10.20% of formamidine chloride, 2.61% to 11 .68% of dimethyl sulfoxide, 14.79% to 35.02% of N,N-dimethylformamide, and 16.85% to 42.49% of gamma-butyrolactone. According to the invention, a light absorption layer of a perovskite solar cell is prepared by using a perovskite precursor solution; spinning coating is carried out in an open atmosphere environment, so that preparation becomes convenient; and after spinning coating, the product is transferred to a vacuum environment to form a non-porous dense large-crystalline-grain-size perovskite light absorbing layer.
