Abstract

The micro-arc oxidation electrolyte comprises acid containing phosphorus or phosphate, and calcium carbonate, wherein Ca / P is not more than 1 / 2. Calcium phosphorus film layers XRD and FT-IR are prepared on the surface of a self-made Mg-2Sr alloy through a micro-arc oxidation technology by adopting constant forward voltage and negative voltage; infrared testing results show that phases contained in a micro-arc oxidation film layer before dipping in simulating body liquid mainly are Mg, MgO, Sr2Mg17, MgF2, CaO, CaF2, Ca3(PO4)2(TCP) and the like; and in addition, such new phases as Ca2P2O7, Mg(OH)2, HA, Sr-HA are detected in the dipped film layer.
