Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of plant growth-promoting bacteria development, and specifically relates to a thermal denitrifying Geobacillus strain TB62 and its application in promoting compost maturity. A Geobacillus thermodenitrificans strain TB62, whose taxonomic name is Geobacillus thermodenitrificans TB62 (Geobacillus thermodenitrificans), was preserved in the General Microorganism Center of China Microbiological Culture Collection Management Committee on January 05, 2017, and the preservation number is for CGMCC 13530. The thermal denitrifying Geobacillus strain TB62 of the present invention is screened and isolated from samples in the high temperature period of composting for the first time. The agent can increase the compost temperature, accelerate the degradation of organic matter and water-soluble organic matter (DOM), increase the content of Kjeldahl nitrogen, and promote the maturity of compost; it also has the function of producing biosurfactant, so the strain can be used to prepare surfactant.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant growth-promoting bacteria development, and specifically relates to a thermal denitrifying Geobacillus strain TB62 and its application in promoting compost maturity. Background technique [0002] Chemical fertilizers play a huge role in modern agricultural production. However, with the increase in the use of chemical fertilizers, its utilization rate has decreased year by year. Residues of pesticides and chemical fertilizers have released a large amount of harmful substances to the environment, polluting soil, water sources and food, and posing a great threat to human health and living environment. The call for protecting the ecological environment and producing safe food is becoming stronger and stronger. Therefore, the development and utilization of new fertilizer sources that replace chemical fertilizers to meet the needs of the development of green agriculture and green food has become a top pri...
