Abstract

The invention discloses a high-dispersion-carbon-nanotube photoacoustic contrast agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding a carboxylated multi-wall carbon nanotube disperse system into a polyamido cationic polymer solution drop by drop during ultrasonic treatment and stirring, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10 to 30 min and stirring for 30 to 60 min after completion of addition, then maintaining a temperature of 60 to 90 DEG C for 20 to 36 h, carrying out cooling to 15 to 30 DEG C and then successively carrying out centrifugation, washing and precipitate dispersion so as to prepare a polyamido cationic polymer-carbon nanotube disperse system; and (2) adding a polyethylene glycol cholate into the polyamido cationic polymer-carbon nanotube disperse system prepared in the step (1) drop by drop during ultrasonic treatment and stirring so as to prepare the high-dispersion-carbon-nanotube photoacoustic contrast agent. The preparation method is simple to operate, green and environment-friendly; and the prepared high-dispersion-carbon-nanotube photoacoustic contrast agent has good dispersity, stability and biocompatibility.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of materials, and relates to a highly dispersed carbon nanotube photoacoustic contrast agent and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Photoacoustic imaging is a new nondestructive biomedical imaging method developed in recent years. Photoacoustic imaging combines the advantages of pure optical imaging with high contrast and pure ultrasonic imaging with high penetration depth, avoids the influence of light scattering in principle, and breaks through the "soft limit" of high-resolution optical imaging depth (~1mm) , which can achieve 50mm deep in vivo molecular imaging. Due to the difference in light absorption between tumor tissue and normal tissue (under the irradiation of near-infrared laser, the light absorption difference between cancerous tissue and surrounding normal tissue is at least 5 times) and biological tissues in different physiological states have different light absorpti...
