Problems solved by technology

The above-mentioned methods for preparing strontium-doped hydroxyapatite can improve the properties of magnesium alloys to varying degrees, but there are still some shortcomings: the coating prepared by micro-arc oxidation is not high in density, and has limited protective effect on the substrate; The hydrothermal method takes a long time to prepare the coating, and the production efficiency is low
In the above-mentioned patents, most of the strontium-doped hydroxyapatite powders are prepared, and the strontium-doped calcium-phosphorus coating is not directly prepared. Compared with other methods for preparing strontium-doped calcium-phosphorus coatings, one-step water There are few reports on the preparation of strontium-doped calcium-phosphorus coatings by thermal method

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a strontium-doped calcium phosphate coating on the surface of magnesium alloy through a one-step hydrothermal method. The method includes the steps that a coating solution is placed in a reaction still, and a magnesium alloy sample treated through alkali is soaked into the coating solution; the reaction still is placed in a drying oven, and heat preservation lasts for 1-3 h at the temperature of 90-110 DEG C; and finally, the reaction still is cooled to an indoor temperature along with the drying oven, and the magnesium alloy sample is taken out, rinsed with deionized water and then dried. The prepared coating on the surface of the magnesium alloy is structurally divided into an upper layer and a lower layer. The upper layer of the coating is of a flower-shaped cluster structure, the lower layer of the coating is of a compact sheet structure, and the coating thickness is 1-2 microns. In an in-vitro immersion experiment, deposited hydroxyapatite appears on the first day to the third day, and good biological activity is achieved; and moreover the alternating-current impedance is 7500-14000 ohm.cm<2>. The biological activity of the magnesium alloy is improved, and meanwhile corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy in simulated body fluid is improved. The preparation technology is simple, the method is environmentally friendly, and great commercial popularizing value can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a one-step hydrothermal preparation method for a strontium-doped calcium-phosphorus coating on the surface of a magnesium alloy, and belongs to the technical field of surface modification of degradable magnesium alloy implants. Background technique [0002] Magnesium and its alloys are a new class of medical implant materials. The elastic modulus (41-45GPa) of magnesium alloys is more compatible with bone tissue (10-30GPa), which is beneficial to reduce the "stress shielding" of the interface between the implant and human bone tissue. "Effect, promote bone tissue growth. It has good biological activity and biocompatibility. When it is implanted into the human body, it will gradually degrade and will not cause secondary damage to the human body. Magnesium is one of the essential elements in the human body and has no harm to the human body. However, in practical applications, magnesium alloys will react with body fluids in the h...
