Embodiment 1
[0019] Add 7.50 g of urea and 20.00 g of water into a 250 mL three-neck flask, stir mechanically and heat to 50°C to dissolve the urea. After cooling down to 30°C, add 7.50 g of acrylamide, adjust the pH of the solution to about 3 with hydrochloric acid, then add 2.60 g of cross-linking agent polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and 0.10 g of initiator ammonium persulfate, and stir to dissolve. Slowly raise the temperature, and add 4.3 g of isobutyraldehyde dropwise at the same time, react at 68° C. for 0.5 hour after dropping, dry, pulverize, and granulate to obtain isobutylidene diurea water-retaining slow-release fertilizer.
Embodiment 2
[0021] Add 7.50 g of urea and 20.00 g of water into a 250 mL three-neck flask, stir mechanically and heat to 50°C to dissolve the urea. After cooling down to 30°C, add 7.50 g of maleic acid, adjust the pH of the solution to about 3 with hydrochloric acid, then add 0.79 g of cross-linking agent polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate and 0.10 g of initiator ammonium persulfate, and stir to dissolve. Slowly raise the temperature, and add 4.3 g of isobutyraldehyde dropwise at the same time, react at 75° C. for 0.5 hour after dropping, dry, pulverize, and granulate to obtain isobutylidene diurea water-retaining slow-release fertilizer.
Embodiment 3
[0023] Add 7.50 g of urea and 30.00 g of water into a 250 mL three-neck flask, stir mechanically and heat to 50°C to dissolve the urea. After cooling down to 40°C, add 7.50 g of acrylamide, adjust the pH of the solution to about 3 with hydrochloric acid, then add 2.60 g of crosslinking agent N, N-methylenebisacrylamide, and 0.10 g of initiator potassium persulfate, and stir to dissolve. Slowly raise the temperature, and add 4.3 g of isobutyraldehyde dropwise at the same time, react at 60°C for 2 hours after dropping, dry, pulverize, and granulate to obtain isobutylidene diurea water-retaining slow-release fertilizer.
