The weak alkaline solid water soluble fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials according to mass percent: 5 to 15% of mineral resource fulvic acid, 5 to 20% of biochemical fulvic acid, 2 to 6% of compound amino acid, 5 to 15% of sodium metasilicate, 40 to 60% of nitrogen containing alkaline fertilizer, 8 to 10% of monopotassium phosphate, 0.05 to 0.1% of zinc, 0.01 to 0.03% of copper, 0.05 to 0.1% of boron, 0.005 to 0.03% of molybdenum and 0.1 to 1.0% of fungicides.
