Problems solved by technology

However, the test shows that the acid-base treatment and other methods to prepare the specimen through mechanical experiments found that although the static properties have increased, the dynamic properties have decreased, which is due to the damage caused by these modification methods to the fiber material itself. Although the method of surface coating nanoparticles can effectively enhance its interface properties, problems such as shedding of nanoparticles on the surface of SMA wires are often encountered during the experiment.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for enhancing interfacial properties of SMA (styrene maleic anhydride) reinforced resin intelligent composite materials. The method includes steps of firstly, washing SMA fibers by the aid of clear water; secondly, completely submerging the SMA fibers in concentrated nitric acid solution for the soaking time of 8-10 h, fetching the SMA fibers out of the concentrated nitric acid solution and thoroughly washing the SMA fibers by the aid of flowing water; thirdly, arranging nanometer SiO2 particles in isopropyl alcohol solution and stirring the nanometer SiO2 particles and the isopropyl alcohol solution to obtain mixed solution with nanometer SiO2; fourthly, covering the surfaces of SMA with the nanometer SiO2 particles by the aid of physical vapor deposition processes. The weight of the nanometer SiO2 particles accounts for 2% of the weight of the isopropyl alcohol solution. The method has the advantage that problems of easiness in falling of nanometer SiO2 particles on the surfaces of modified shape memory alloy fibers of existing industrial technological production methods and poor interfacial adhesive properties of resin composite materials with SMA used as reinforcement phases can be solved by the aid of the method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a processing method for SMA smart materials, in particular to a method for improving the interface performance of SMA-reinforced resin-based smart composite materials. Background technique [0002] In recent years, shape memory alloy (SMA) has been used as a reinforced phase-reinforced resin-based composite material in industrial production, and related products have been mass-produced. However, the results of mass production show that the resin matrix composites using SMA as the reinforcing phase have the problem of poor interface bonding performance, and the SMA fiber reinforced resin matrix composites often fail to reach the ultimate strength of the material during the application process and delamination occurs at the interface. Viscous failure leads to the destruction of the macrostructure of the material. Since the interface strength between SMA and resin matrix plays a key role in the load transfer of fiber-reinforced r...
