Abstract

A high-purity energy-saving and environment-friendly regenerated lead smelting technique comprises the following steps that (1) lead paster obtained by recycling waste lead-acid batteries is stacked in a unified mode, and the water content of the lead paster is controlled to range from 12% to 15%; (2) the lead paster obtained in the step (1) and a flux are mixed with the mass ratio being 100:(1-5), and the mixture is pelletized, so that lead paster pellets are obtained, and the lead paster pellets are fed into a smelting furnace via a feeding opening to be smelted; (3) the smelting furnace is heated with oxygen as fuel, the reaction temperature of the smelting furnace is controlled to range from 1260 DEG C to 1270 DEG C, and after high-temperature smelting in the smelting furnace, coarse lead, high-temperature smelted lead slag and flue gas with low SO2 concentration are generated; (4) smoke and fume are obtained after the flue gas with low SO2 concentration is cooled, the smoke is subjected to pelletizing and smelting again as the step (1) required, and dust and waste gas are obtained after processing the fume by a bag-type dust remover; and (5) the coarse lead is discharged out of a lead discharge outlet of the smelting furnace to form a cast ingot, and enriched copper dross, refined lead and anode mud are obtained by conducting pyro-refining and electrolytic refining on the coarse lead ingot.
