example 1

[0019] Ginkgo starch was degreased with petroleum ether. 4 kg of degreased ginkgo starch was gelatinized, then firstly add pullulanase and then α-amylase, the enzymolysis temperature was kept at 40-70°C, and the enzymolysis time was 6 hours. Enzyme inactivation was then performed for 30 minutes in an autoclave. After inactivating enzyme treatment, add GBE solution dissolved in 50-80% alcohol solution, and put it into the shaker for 7 hours. Recrystallization at 0-10°C for 24 hours. Put it into a vacuum oven and dry at 60° C. for 8 hours. Place the dried sample in a freeze dryer, cool down to -40°C to 0°C to start freeze-drying, and finally obtain a dry sample of GBE embedded in ginkgo slow-digesting starch, crush it through a 100-mesh sieve, and obtain ginkgo slow-digesting starch Loaded GBE particles.

[0021] Ginkgo starch was degreased with petroleum ether. 10 kg of degreased ginkgo starch is gelatinized, then firstly add pullulanase and then α-amylase, the enzymolysis temperature is kept at 40-70°C, and the enzymolysis time is 8 hours. Enzyme inactivation was then performed for 30 minutes in an autoclave. Place the dried sample in a freeze dryer, cool down to -40°C to 0°C to start freeze-drying, and finally obtain a dry sample of GBE embedded in ginkgo slow-digesting starch, crush it through a 80-mesh sieve, and obtain ginkgo slow-digesting starch Loaded GBE particles.

example 3

[0023] Ginkgo starch was degreased with petroleum ether. 15 kg of degreased ginkgo starch is gelatinized, then firstly add pullulanase and then α-amylase, the enzymolysis temperature is kept at 40-70°C, and the enzymolysis time is 4 hours. Enzyme-killing treatment was then carried out in an autoclave for 30 minutes. After the enzyme-inactivating treatment, add GBE solution dissolved in 50-80% alcohol solution, and put it into the shaker for 10 hours. Recrystallization at 0-10°C for 36 hours. Put it into a vacuum oven and dry at 70° C. for 9 hours. Place the dried sample in a freeze dryer, cool down to -40°C to 0°C to start freeze-drying, and finally obtain a dry sample of GBE embedded in ginkgo slow-digesting starch, crush it through a 60-mesh sieve, and obtain ginkgo slow-digesting starch Loaded GBE particles.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of ginkgo slowly digestible starch supported GBE. According to the preparation method, gingko starch and ginkgo biloba extract (GBE), which are extract from gingko trees (a special tree species of China), are taken as the raw materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: degreasing gingko starch, then subjecting gelatinized gingko starch to a composite de-branching treatment by pullulanase and alpha-amylase, killing the enzymes; then adding GBE, which has been dissolved into an alcohol solution, vibrating, carrying out recrystallization once; finally drying the solution in a vacuum drying oven for a while, then placing the sample in a freeze-drying machine, carrying out a freeze-drying treatment, grinding the sample, and sieving to obtain gingko slowly digestible starch coated GBE particles. Ginkgo slowly digestible starch is taken as the wall material to coat GBE so as to prevent GBE from being oxidized; and at the same time, the embedded GBE is sustain-released. The gingko slowly digestible starch supported GBE particle is especially suitable for patients with high blood pressure, blood fat, and blood sugar.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of processing natural heat products, and relates to a method for using ginkgo slow-digestible starch as a drug carrier. Background technique [0002] Slowly digestible starch (slowly digestible starch, SDS) refers to those starches that can be completely digested and absorbed in the small intestine but at a slower rate (20-120min); among them, slowly digestible starch has a partially crystalline network structure with a low degree of swelling, And the rate of hydrolysis is approximately constant during the digestion process. In recent years, clinical studies have found that slow-digesting starch has slow digestion and absorption, continuous release of energy, maintenance of postprandial blood sugar stability, improvement of glucose tolerance, and can also reduce postprandial insulin secretion, improve the body's sensitivity to insulin, and prevent and treat various diseases. Specific physiological functions in diet-r...
