Problems solved by technology

However, the structural analogues used in these alternative templates are still a kind of bisphenols, the imprinting effect is poor and the price is expensive.
Therefore, these materials cannot meet the requirements of highly selective extraction of bisphenols in real samples.

[0032] Dissolve 1 mmol of surrogate template molecule 3,3-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone (phenolphthalein) into 4 mmol of functional monomer 4-vinylpyridine, 20 mmol of crosslinker B Prepare a pre-polymerization solution in acetonitrile (5.6 mL) of glycol dimethacrylate and 0.04 g initiator azobisisobutyronitrile, place the pre-polymerization solution in an ice bath and ultrasonically mix for 10-15 min, pass through Nitrogen was used to remove oxygen in the system for 10 minutes, sealed and refrigerated at 4°C for 2h, and then placed in a water bath at 60°C for 24h. Pulverize and grind the white blocky polymer produced by the reaction, sieve and settle with acetone to obtain a polymer with a particle size of 10-100 μm. The obtained polymer was sequentially subjected to Soxhlet extraction using methanol acetic acid (9:1, v / v) and methanol as the extraction solvent to remove template molecules and other interfering substances, and the obtained polymer was dried in a...

Abstract

The invention provides a bisphenol type substituted template molecularly imprinted polymer and a preparation method therefor and an application method thereof. The bisphenol type substituted template molecularly imprinted polymer (DMIP) is prepared by adopting a mass polymerization method by taking 3,3-bis(4-hydroxyl phenyl)-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone (phenolphthalein) as a substituted template molecule. The polymer represents high affinity and selectivity on ninth bisphenol type endocrine disrupters such as bisphenol S, bisphenol F, bisphenol A and the like. By using phenolphthalein which is low in price and low in toxicity as the bisphenol type substituted template molecule, the problem of an inaccurate result caused by template leakage when the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) prepared by taking a target compound as the template is used for a solid phase extraction material is solved. The prepared DMIP represents remarkable group selectivity on the bisphenol type endocrine disrupters and the DMIP serving as a sample pre-treatment material for the bisphenol type endocrine disrupters has a wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an environment-friendly and efficient enrichment and purification of bisphenol endocrine disruptor substitute template molecularly imprinted polymer and its preparation and application, belonging to the fields of environmental monitoring and new materials. Background technique [0002] Bisphenol A (BPA) is a raw material or additive in the production process of polycarbonate, epoxy resin and phenolic resin. It is an important material for anti-oxidation and stabilization treatment in surgical repairs. It is also used in food packaging and container inner wall coating Also widely used (Reprod. Toxicol. 24(2007) 139). Studies have shown that BPA is widely present in the environment, food and human samples, has gene mutagenesis and estrogen interference, and trace or even trace stock levels may also cause adverse effects on animal physiological conditions, reproductive system and fetal development (EnvironHealthPerspect118 (2010)...
