Embodiment Construction

[0018] In order to describe the technical content of the present invention more clearly, further description will be given below in conjunction with specific embodiments.

[0019] A method for in-situ generation of silver plating based on plasma modification of nanometer silver, comprising:

[0020] (1) Put the polyester or nylon fabric that has been deoiled into the low-temperature plasma treatment equipment using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) technology, the treatment time is 0.5-20min, the distance between the plates is 4-10mm, the atmosphere is oxygen, and the discharge power is 60 ~100w; after plasma treatment, the weight loss rate of the fabric is 0.1-0.35%, and the surface etching depth is 10-45nm; after oxygen plasma treatment, hydrophilic and electronegative groups (—COOH, =C=O).

[0021] (2) Put the plasma-treated fabric into the reaction vessel, prepare silver nitrate solution with ultrapure water, first get 10% silver nitrate solution and add it to the reacti...

Abstract

The invention relates to a nano silver in-situ formation silver-plating method based on plasma modification and a silver plated fabric. In the provided method, a plasma surface treatment modification technology is adopted to crack and etch the surface of synthetic fibers so as to form micro pits and fine cracks on the surface of fibers, thus the surface area of the fibers is enlarged, and the wettability of the fiber surface is improved. At the same time, the surface of the fibers is etched, and the binding strength between the metal coating and the fibers is enhanced. After the fibers are subjected to an oxygen gas plasma technology, hydrophilic and polar groups (-COOH, =C=O) are grafted on the fiber surface, thus silver ions can be adhered on the fiber surface more easily; in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVC), sodium borohydride (NaBH4) is taken as the reducing agent to directly reduce the silver ions into nano silver particles, and a compact silver coating is in-situ generated on the etched fiber surface. The provided method has the advantages of simple technology, environment-friendliness, energy saving, and reduced cost. The silver coating on the produced silver-plated fabric is uniform and compact, the binding force between the silver coating and the fabric is strong, and the method is worth to promote.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electromagnetic shielding, in particular to electromagnetic shielding materials, in particular to a plasma-modified nano-silver in-situ silver-plating method and a silver-plated fabric. Background technique [0002] Plasma is considered a fourth state besides solid, liquid and gas. It is an ionized gas composed of ions, electrons and neutron particles, which is neutral as a whole, and the mechanism of its material surface modification is mainly attributed to the inelastic collision of high-energy particles. Plasma is divided into high temperature plasma and low temperature plasma. Generally speaking, high-temperature plasma is mainly used for metal surface modification, while low-temperature plasma is mainly used for surface modification of polymer materials. The properties of hydrophilicity, anticoagulation, antibacterial, biocompatibility, and antistatic properties of the surface can be improved by modifying th...
