The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the polydimethyl terephthalate, polyvinyl pyridine, vinyl acetate, zinc sulfide and p-phenylenediamine, heating to react, and cooling; adding the zinc barium stabilizer, phellodendrine, magnoline, silane coupling agent and kaolin powder, and heating to react; and cooling, adding the defoamer and modifier and stirring uniformly.
