An intermediate-and-low speed analog-digital converter low in cost can be taken as the analog-digital converter. After analog intermediate frequency signals are sampled by the analog-digital converter, integral digital intermediate frequency spectral analysis can be realized via a monolithic FPGA (field programmable gate array) in the follow-up step, and thereby the all-digital intermediate frequency spectrum analyzer is low in cost, convenient to debug and high in stability after being tested by practical production.
