The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: first, producing a detection chip which is used for detecting the storage time of pork, then dropping a solution, in which the pork is immersed, onto the surface of the detection chip, acquiring detection current from an electrochemical workstation, substituting the detection current value into a storage time detection model which is prestored in a computer, and calculating the storage time of the pork sample. The pork storage time detection method has the characteristics that the storage time of pork can be rapidly identified, the detection cost is low, the interference resistance is strong, and the method is applicable to occasions for detecting mass samples.
