Embodiment 1

[0027] For welding of 20# steel with a diameter of 300mm and a wall thickness of 40mm, a double V-shaped groove with a blunt edge of 6mm is used. The main parameters of the bottom welding are peak current 155-170A, voltage 12.5V, welding speed 90mm / min, arc length 2.5mm, the welding current is 130-150A when filling, the wire feeding speed is 500mm / min, and other parameters remain unchanged. After the welding is completed, the bottom of the seam is penetrated, and both sides are penetrated, and there is no defect in ultrasonic testing.

Embodiment 2

[0029] For welding of Q235 steel with a thickness of 100mm, U-shaped groove is adopted, the blunt edge is 12mm, the main parameters of root welding are peak current 280A, welding speed 75mm / min, arc length 3.0mm, current peak value 150A when filling, send The wire speed is 600mm / min, and other parameters remain unchanged. After the welding is completed, the bottom of the seam is penetrated, the two sides are penetrated, and there is no defect in the ultrasonic test.

Embodiment 3

[0031] For the welding of 304 stainless steel plates with a length of 500mm, a width of 200mm, and a wall thickness of 40mm, double V-shaped grooves are used, and the blunt edge is 10mm. The main parameters of the bottom welding are peak current 235A, welding speed 70mm / min, arc length 3.0mm, When filling, the peak current is 145A, the wire feeding speed is 450mm / min, and other parameters remain unchanged. After the welding is completed, the bottom of the seam is penetrated, the two sides are penetrated, and there is no defect in the ultrasonic test.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the welding efficiency of narrow-gap argon tungsten-arc welding. The method includes the steps of (1) machining a narrow-gap notch with a truncated edge 6 mm to 12 mm in thickness on base metal, (2) coating the root of the notch with active welding flux, (3) carrying out notch root welding with the A-TIG welding technology, and (4) filling the narrow-gap notch, and completing narrow-gap welding. By means of the method, due to the adoption of the design of the narrow-gap notch with the truncated edge 6 mm to 12 mm in thickness, the processing amount and waste materials of the notch are reduced, the base metal is saved, the filling amount of welded joint metal is reduced, and a welding wire is saved; first welding on the root is carried out through the high fusion depth of the A-TIG technology, it is guaranteed that the root and the two sides of the notch are completely melted, and therefore the welding efficiency and the welding quality are effectively improved; notch filling and notch surface covering are carried out with the welding technology, such as the MIG / MAG, with the high efficiency and the slightly-poor quality, narrow-gap combination welding is achieved, and the method can be applied to the condition with the high requirement for the welding efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of advanced manufacturing narrow gap welding, and in particular relates to a method for improving the welding efficiency of narrow gap tungsten argon arc welding. Background technique [0002] Narrow gap welding technology is an advanced, efficient and economical manufacturing technology, which is widely used in the manufacture of heavy components in petrochemical, marine engineering, nuclear power, ships and other fields. For components with high safety requirements such as nuclear power, petrochemical, and marine engineering, high-quality TIG narrow gap welding is one of the most important manufacturing processes. TIG welding technology has the characteristics of high quality and low efficiency, and is suitable for welding various structural steel materials, non-ferrous metals, special alloys, etc.; at the same time, this technology is easy to realize automation, which is in line with the development trend...
