Abstract

The invention relates to a farmland non-point source pollution control technology and aims to provide a ditch matrix for controlling ammonia nitrogen in paddy field recession and a preparation method of the ditch matrix in order to solve the problem that the matrix at the bottom of a paddy field recession ditch has a poor purification effect for ammonia nitrogen. The matrix is composed of meadow burozem soil, sand, activated sludge, coal cinder and Paracoccus denitrification sp. The concrete preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, treating sand, meadow burozem soil and activated sludge, and culturing Paracoccus denitrification sp.; then, adding sand into meadow burozem soil; next, adding activated sludge into the mixture; adding coal cinder into the mixture; inoculating a bacterial liquid into the mixture; and uniformly mixing the mixture to obtain the ditch matrix for controlling ammonia nitrogen in paddy field recession. The novel matrix is good in ammonia nitrogen adsorption performance and capable of providing a favorable metabolization environment for denitrifying bacteria and ensuring that microbial degradation can be synchronously finished and a complete purification effect is achieved after ammonia nitrogen is adsorbed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the control technology of farmland non-point source pollution, in particular to a ditch substrate for preventing and controlling ammonia nitrogen in the draining water of paddy fields and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Paddy field dewatering is an important link in the rice production process. Water from paddy fields is generally transported to nearby rivers or lakes through natural or man-made ditch systems. Due to the large amount of chemical fertilizers used in the rice production process, there must be a high concentration of ammonia nitrogen compounds in the receding water from the paddy field. After entering the adjacent surface water body, it will cause the water body to lack oxygen and cause eutrophication. Therefore, effectively controlling the output of ammonia nitrogen during the water receding process can reduce the risk of eutrophication of surface water. However, due to the short dur...
