Embodiment 1
[0017] High-purity scandium oxide (Sc 2 o 3 ) and germanium oxide (GeO 2 ) at a molar ratio of 1:2 for 4 hours, fully mixed, powder compacted and then put into a high-temperature muffle furnace for sintering at a sintering temperature of 1200°C, holding time of 24 hours, and then naturally cooled to room temperature to obtain the final sample. Scandium germanium oxide (Sc 2 Ge 2 o 7 ) has a monoclinic structure, the specific X-ray diffraction results are shown in figure 1 .
[0018] This embodiment is the preparation of Sc by high-temperature solid-phase method 2 Ge 2 o 7 Process for preparing Sc with the high temperature and high pressure of the present invention 2 Ge 2 o 7 method for comparison.
Embodiment 2
[0020] High-purity scandium oxide (Sc 2 o 3 ) and germanium oxide (GeO 2 ) at a molar ratio of 1:2. After the powder is pressed into flakes, first wrap boron nitride (BN) tubes around the flake samples, then put them into a graphite tube heating container, and finally put them into the pyrophyllite synthesis cavity. The synthetic pressure is 5GPa, the temperature is 1300°C, and the pressure holding time is 15 minutes. After the heating is stopped, the sample is naturally cooled to room temperature and then the pressure is released. Scandium germanium oxide (Sc 2 Ge 2 o 7 ) has a cubic structure and the best degree of crystallinity. For the specific X-ray diffraction results, see figure 2 .
Embodiment 3
[0022] Using the same raw materials and assembly as in Example 2, the synthetic pressure is 5GPa, the temperature is 1300°C, and the holding time is 30 minutes. After stopping the heating, the sample is naturally cooled to room temperature and then the pressure is released. The cubic scandium germanium oxide prepared under this condition (Sc 2 Ge 2 o 7 ) with better crystallinity. For specific X-ray diffraction results, see image 3 .
