The method comprises the following steps of: (1) pretreating raw materials; (2) drying in an oven; (3) crushing; (4) soaking the powder and performing primary extraction; (5) performing secondary extraction; (6) evaporating and recycling ethanol, and performing reduced-pressure concentration; (7) extracting with petroleum ether; (8) extracting with n-butyl alcohol; (9) evaporating and recycling the n-butyl alcohol, and concentrating with a concentrator; (10) performing column purification with macroporous adsorption resin; and (11) removing the ethanol and drying.
