Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a zinc ion imprinted polymer adsorbent. The preparation method is characterized in that: the preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding zinc acetate, 4-vinyl pyridine, azodiisobutyronitrile and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate in a molar ratio into a triangular flask with a plug; introducing argon in a methanol medium to remove oxygen, and performing a reaction at the constant temperature of 70 DEG C for 20 hours to obtain bulk polymers; grinding the bulk polymers into fine granules; washing the fine granules for 2 hours by using EDTA solution to remove template Zn(II) ions, and washing off residual organic matters by using mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and methanol in a volume ratio of 1:1; and finally performing elution by using water and the methanol, filtering to remove superfine granules, and putting the filtered fine granules in vacuum at the temperature of 60 DEG C for drying. The prepared zinc ion imprinted polymer adsorbent has the specific identification ability, high selectivity, quick adsorption speed and good deabsorption performance on zinc ions, and has excellent physical and chemical stability and mechanical stability, and regeneration capability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method and application technology of an adsorbent for metal ions, in particular to a preparation method and application technology of a zinc ion imprinted polymer. Background technique [0002] Highly selective materials with molecular recognition function have always attracted people's attention. Molecular imprinting technology is currently one of the main methods for preparing highly selective materials. Molecularly imprinted polymers prepared according to this technology have a predetermined and specific recognition performance due to the "memory" function of the three-dimensional structure of imprinted molecules, and have very broad application prospects in the fields of separation science and biomimetic science. With the rapid development of science and technology, people have higher and higher requirements for the separation and determination of metal ions. It is of great practical significance to prepare ...
