Abstract

The invention provides a quality management horizontal integration system, comprising a plurality of region databases distributed at different regions, and a network server connected with the region databases, wherein one of the region databases is selected as an integration database which comprises: a material number synchronization unit for synchronously processing the material numbers in all region databases; a view building unit for building remote database connection with each region database and building corresponding solid view in the integration data base for each data type in each region database, to store the product quality data in corresponding region databases; and a data collection unit for connecting the solid views of all region databases in the integration database, to collect the product quality data in each solid view to a summary view. The invention further provides a quality management horizontal integration method. The invention can resolve the dispersible condition of production quality data distributed in each plant area.
