Problems solved by technology

Natural antistaling agents have high antibacterial efficiency, are safe and non-toxic, but have poor heat resistance, are restricted by processing conditions, and are expensive, so they are not widely used at present.
Although traditional methods such as low-temperature refrigeration and chemical preservation occupy an important position in our country, they cannot solve the problem of keeping products fresh after they leave the fresh-keeping environment.

Abstract

The invention relates to a nano-packaging material for keeping fruit fresh and the application thereof, pertaining to the technical field of storage and processing of agricultural products. 25 percent to 35 percent of nano-powder (35 percent of nano-silver, 40 percent of nano-titanium dioxide and 25 percent of kaolinite), 50 percent to 60 percent of plastic, 10 percent to 15 percent of coupling agent and 4 percent to 10 percent of wax are taken, evenly mixed in a high speed for 0.5 h to 1.5 h, then kneaded in a plastic inhaling machine and finally extruded and cooled for 1min to 2min to be granulated to obtain the master batches. 30kg to 40kg of plastic particle and 1kg to 2kg of master batches are then fully mixed for 0.5h to 1h to be blown into films so as to obtain the nano-packaging material. When being used for packaging fruit, the nano-packaging material can inhibit the activity of oxidases of fruit and vegetables and postpone the accelerating maturity and senescence to maintainthe freshness of the fruit. In addition, the gas exchange of the film is improved and the water-holding property of the package is enhanced to effectively prevent the water loss of the fruit and showexcellent bacteriostatic action. Therefore, the nano-packaging material of the invention has high feasibility and broad market prospect.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the preparation and application of a nano-packaging material for fruit preservation, and belongs to the technical field of storage and processing of agricultural products. 2. Background technology [0002] Fruits are rich in minerals, vitamins, essential amino acids, a variety of organic acids and dietary fiber, which have important nutritional value for the growth of the human body and the maintenance of body health. However, the perishability of the fruit itself and the strong seasonal and regional characteristics of fruit production are in contradiction with the diversity of consumers' demand for fruits and vegetables and the urgency of market adjustment in off-peak seasons, which will restrict Development of the regional fruit industry. [0003] At present, the storage and preservation of agricultural products in my country is a weak link in the field of agricultural postpartum technology. my country's cold chain syste...
