Abstract

The invention provides a solid biomass vertical continuous retorting device, a retorting cylinder 1 is arranged in a shell body 9, a heat preserving layer and a fire-resistant layer 11 are arranged on the inner wall of the shell body 9; a heating cavity is formed between the fire-resistant layer 11 and the retorting cylinder 1, and material finishes retorting process in the retorting cylinder. After being discharged out, the produced retorting gas is mixed with air and is ignited, and then is led into the heating cavity 25, so that the energy of the solid biomass can be taken full advantage. The charcoal produce during retorting is discharged out from a rotating cone frustum 12 on the bottom of the cylinder and falls into a material chamber 16. When the charcoal discharging outlet cooperates with a spiral discharger, and the device can operate continuously in hermetic state. Part of the energy required by retorting comes from retorting gas which is the side product of retorting, so the device consumes less energy.
