The embodiment of the invention provides anesthesia breathing equipment and a breathing circuit compliance detection method.The anesthesia breathing equipment comprises a breathing circuit, a pressure sensor, a flow sensor, an airflow driving device and a controller, the controller is used for controlling the airflow driving device to convey gas to the breathing circuit, and the pressure sensor is used for detecting the compliance of the breathing circuit; the air pressure in the breathing loop is converted from the first preset air pressure to the second preset air pressure; acquiring a plurality of first flow sensing values, a plurality of first pressure sensing values and a pressure change value in the process of converting the first preset air pressure into the second preset air pressure, and acquiring a gas volume accumulated value in the process of converting the first preset air pressure into the second preset air pressure according to the plurality of first flow sensing values; according to the first pressure sensing value, the gas leakage amount of the breathing circuit in the process of converting the first preset air pressure into the second preset air pressure is calculated; according to the gas leakage amount, the gas volume accumulated value and the pressure change value, the compliance measurement value of the breathing circuit is obtained.
