Problems solved by technology

However, in the preparation process of the hydroxyapatite coating, due to the use of plasma spraying, there will be impurity phases and its own solubility is relatively large, resulting in the problem that the coating may dissolve and fall off during application, and the implant will fail.

example 1

[0019] Dissolve calcium nitrate in ethanol to form a solution with a concentration of 2 mol / L. Part of the OH group formed by dissolving phosphorus pentoxide in ethanol is replaced by an alcohol group, with a molecular formula such as PO(OH) X (OR) 3-X Phosphoric acid with a concentration of 2mol / L, and reflux for 24 hours, with trifluoroacetic acid as the fluorine-containing compound, the three are mixed according to Ca:P:F=5:3:1, and in a ratio of 1:1 with trifluoroacetic acid Add triethanolamine to the mixed solution; use the sol as a precursor to coat the film to obtain a pure fluoroapatite film.

[0021] Dissolve calcium nitrate in ethanol to form a solution with a concentration of 1 mol / L. Part of the OH groups formed by dissolving phosphorus pentoxide in ethanol are replaced by alcohol groups, with a molecular formula such as PO(OH) X (OR) 3-X Phosphoric acid with a concentration of 1mol / L, and reflux for 24 hours, with hexafluorophosphoric acid as the fluorine-containing compound, the three are mixed according to Ca:P:F=15:9:2 to form a mixed sol; use this sol as a precursor coating film That is, the fluorine-containing hydroxyapatite film is obtained.

example 3

[0023] Dissolve calcium nitrate in ethanol to form a solution with a concentration of 3 mol / L. Part of the OH groups formed by dissolving phosphorus pentoxide in ethanol are replaced by alcohol groups, with a molecular formula such as PO(OH) X (OR) 3-X Phosphoric acid with a concentration of 2mol / L, and reflux for 24 hours, with monofluorophosphoric acid as the fluorine-containing compound, the three are mixed according to Ca:P:F=15:9:1 to form a mixed sol; use this sol as a precursor coating That is, the fluorine-containing hydroxyapatite film is obtained.

Abstract

The present invention relates to one kind of medical material used for hard tissue. It consists of medical base body and surface fluorinated calcium phosphate coating, which is fluorinated hydroxyapatite, fluorinated calciprivic hydroxyapatite, fluorinated tricalcium phosphate or carbonate radical substituted hydroxyapatite. During the preparation, alcohol solution of the mixture of alcohol soluble calcium salt and phosphate or partially esterified phosphoric acid is used as precursor and surface coating is formed on alumina ceramic or medical metal base body via conventional sol-gel soaking pulling process, rotary painting process, combined soaking pulling and centrifuging process or hot solution spraying process. The coating has high crystalline phase content, no impurity phase and high phase purity. The preparation process of th present invention can obtain coating with thickness adjustable from several hundred nanometers to several decade microns.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical biological material, in particular to a medical material with a fluorine-containing calcium phosphate coating for hard tissues on which osteoid minerals can be deposited on the surface and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Since hard tissues such as bones and teeth are mostly located in the load-bearing parts, correspondingly, while considering whether the implant can produce good bonding with the living tissue, its mechanical properties are very important. However, it is difficult for a single material to meet the requirements of both mechanical properties and bioactive properties. At present, the method of coating a layer of active coating capable of depositing osteoid apatite on the surface of the medical metal substrate is mostly used. For example, the Chinese patent CN1064610 adopts a plasma spraying process to prepare a layer of hydroxyapatite coating on the d...
