Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of fluorescent transparent ceramic with high optical performance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) calcining metal oxide powder of yttrium oxide, aluminum oxide and cerium oxide; (b) putting the calcined metal oxide powder, calcium carbonate powder and tetraethoxysilane into a ball milling tank, adding a ball milling medium at the same time, and carrying out ball milling to obtain slurry; (c) drying the slurry, grinding and sieving the dried powder to obtain uniformly dispersed powder, calcining and cooling again, and sieving again to obtain final powder; (d) adding the final powder into a mold, carrying out dry pressing molding, and then carrying out cold isostatic pressing to obtain a biscuit; (e) sintering the biscuit; (f) annealing and processing the sintered biscuit to obtain the fluorescent transparent ceramic.
