Abstract

The present invention relates to a formulation and a method for treating ear infections, in particular auricular mycosis and otitis externa, by single administration. The formulations comprise an antibiotic, an antifungal agent and an anti-inflammatory agent added to a thick ear carrier. In one embodiment, the formulation comprises a therapeutically effective amount of an active ingredient, including marbofloxacin, terbinafine and / or clotrimazole and dexamethasone.
