Embodiment

[0037] The test is a test of bulk polymerization of ethyl acrylate, vinyltrimethoxysilane, and azobisisobutyronitrile according to the ratio of substances (95%: 5%: 0.5‰).

[0038] Blend ethyl acrylate, vinyltrimethoxysilane and initiator and heat for free radical reaction. The heating rate is 1°C / min. When the temperature reaches 84°C, the solution becomes thicker. Stop heating. Immediately remove the heat source to stop the reaction;

[0039] The reactants were taken out, and put into a vacuum oven at 100° C. for 4 hours to obtain a binary copolymer with a crosslinking degree of 0.

[0040] Then soak the binary copolymer in PH4 solution at 85 DEG C for 12 hours, and the degree of crosslinking reaches 99.3%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a bulk polymerization method and a cross-linking method of an acrylate and silane binary copolymer. The method comprises the following steps: putting acrylate, silane and an initiator into a reactor according to mass ratios of 90-98%, 2-10% and 0.01-1% respectively, heating and stirring, and gradually heating the reactor to carry out bulk polymerization reaction; when the solution begins to thicken, continuing heating is stopped, a preheating reaction is utilized, and after implosion of the solution occurs, a heat source is immediately unloaded to stop the reaction. According to the invention, acrylate is used as a main unit, silane is used as a vulcanization point monomer, a biopolymer is produced by a bulk polymerization method, the product is pure and does not pollute the environment, and no other polymerization methods are needed to recycle a solution. The linear biopolymer obtained by bulk polymerization can be soaked in an acidic aqueous solution to form a cross-linked (also called as vulcanization) molded structure, and has the advantages of simplicity, cleanness, high cross-linking degree (up to more than 96%), and good thermal aging resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical industry, and in particular relates to a bulk polymerization method and a crosslinking method of acrylate and silane binary copolymers. Background technique [0002] Acrylate rubber (hereinafter referred to as ACM) is an elastomer obtained by copolymerizing acrylate as the main monomer. Its main chain is a saturated carbon chain and its side groups are polar ester groups. Due to the special structure endowing it with many excellent characteristics, such as: heat resistance, aging resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance, ultraviolet resistance, etc., ACM is widely used in various high temperature and oil resistance environments, and has become a focus of development and promotion in the automotive industry in recent years. A variety of sealing materials, especially high-temperature-resistant oil seals, crankshafts, valve stems, cylinder gaskets, hydraulic oil pipes, etc. for automobiles, almo...
