Problems solved by technology

In recent years, this method has been gradually applied to the analysis of veterinary drug residues, and new adsorption materials are also being developed continuously. However, there are still relatively few studies on the detection of food-borne stimulants, and the detection results of these rare research reports need to be improved.

Embodiment 1

[0049] This embodiment provides a method for simultaneously measuring the content of 47 food-derived stimulants in livestock and poultry meat, the specific steps are as follows:

[0050] 1.1 Sample pretreatment

[0051] 1.1.1 Extraction

[0052] Accurately weigh 5.0 g of the pulverized and homogenized meat sample into a 50 mL screw cap centrifuge tube, add 40 μL of mixed internal standard intermediate solution, add 5 mL of ultrapure water, vortex for 10 s, and accurately add 20 mL of acetonitrile solution containing 0.5% acetic acid ( % by volume), shake and extract for 15 minutes, add 1.0 g of sodium chloride and 4.0 g of anhydrous magnesium sulfate, mix quickly, continue shaking for 10 minutes, and centrifuge at 8000 r / min for 5 minutes.

[0053] 1.1.2 Purification

[0054] Pipette 10mL of the supernatant into another 50mL centrifuge tube with a screw cap filled with purification agent (PSA 165mg + C18 165mg + neutral alumina 165mg + 900mg anhydrous magnesium sulfate) in a...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for simultaneously determining the content of various food-borne stimulants in livestock and poultry meat, which comprises the following steps: pre-treating a sample based on a QuEChERS method, and detecting by adopting liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, wherein the pretreatment comprises sample extraction and purification, an extraction solvent is acetonitrile containing 0.4-0.6% of acetic acid, and a purifying agent is prepared from PSA, C18, neutral aluminum oxide and anhydrous magnesium sulfate according to the mass ratio of (0.9-1.1):(0.9-1.1):(0.9-1.1):(5-6). The QuEChERS sample pretreatment technology is combined with the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method, the recovery rate and precision are stable, and the method has the advantages of high throughput and high sensitivity, can meet the detection requirements, can rapidly and accurately screen 47 food-borne stimulant residues in livestock and poultry meat at the same time, and can be used for risk early warning, daily monitoring and emergency detection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of food detection, in particular to a method for simultaneously measuring the contents of multiple food-derived stimulants in livestock and poultry meat. Background technique [0002] Food-derived stimulants refer to stimulants derived from food, including stimulant ingredients that are naturally present or intentionally added in general food and health food from production to processing. Due to the large variety of food and the long supply chain from farmland to table, it is difficult to prevent food-borne doping. Positive cases of food-induced doping by athletes are not uncommon in sports events. The 2021 Prohibited List issued by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) clearly stipulates that β 2 - Stimulants such as agonists, β-blockers, anabolic agents, glucocorticoids, and diuretics are banned and restricted substances for athletes. Some of these substances in livestock and poultry meat are endogenous ho...
