Abstract

The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, in particular to polypeptide hydrogel for promoting skin repair and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a self-assembled peptide, and also provides a polypeptide hydrogel formed by an aqueous solution of the self-assembled peptide. The invention also provides a method for preparing the polypeptide hydrogel. The invention also provides an application of the polypeptide hydrogel in treatment of skin injury of diabetic mice. The polypeptide hydrogel can promote healing of injured skin of diabetic mice and generation of skin appendages, improve the positive rate of PCNA cells and promote accumulation of CD31 positive blood vessels and collagen. The invention also provides an application of the polypeptide hydrogel in in-vitro cell 3D culture, wherein the HaCaT cells of the human keratinocyte line grow spherically in the polypeptide hydrogel, and the expression levels of PDGF and VEGF of the cells are higher than those of two-dimensional cultured cells.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, in particular to a polypeptide hydrogel for promoting skin repair and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Chronic wound refers to the failure of the damaged skin and surrounding soft tissue to heal for more than 3 months. It is caused by the persistence and aggravation of the inflammatory process due to the specificity of the wound, such as decubitus / pressure sores and poor burn / scald healing; or as a complication of diseases such as diabetes, vascular insufficiency and immunodeficiency, such as diabetic foot and venous ulcers. Chronic trauma is associated with high morbidity and mortality due to the lack of effective treatments, and imposes a huge social / medical burden as well as physical and psychological / economic burden on patients. The normal wound healing process is divided into hemostatic, inflammatory, proliferative, and remodeling phases. Howe...
