According to the method, the contents of 12 components which comprises eucalyptol, isoborneol, borneol, methyl eugenol, elemicin, alpha pinene, sweet myrrh terpene alcohol, beta pinene, L-camphor, caryophyllene, alpha humulene and trans-nerolidol in the wide chest aerosol are simultaneously determined by adopting GCMS / MS. In order to remove the matrix effect and the influence of instrument states in different time periods on the sensitivity, an internal standard solution is also added into the test solution, and the determination method is simple, high in instrument precision, good in solution stability, high in determination result accuracy and good in method reproducibility.
