The water absorption and recovery mechanism is installed at the position, corresponding to a dust collection bin, of the bottom end of the grooving machine box. Connecting rods are symmetrically installed at positions, corresponding to dust collecting bin, of bottom end of the grooving machine box, and the bottom ends of the connecting rods are connected with a recovery bin. The structure is scientific and reasonable and usage is safe and convenient, water accumulated in the groove can be pumped into the recovery bin through the arranged water absorption and recovery mechanism, meanwhile, water in a gas in an exhaust pipe can flow into the recovery bin along a flow dividing pipe, the water in the recovery bin can be filtered twice, the sprayed and cooled water can be recycled, and the situation that dust in a groove is caked and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect of the dust after grooving are affected due to the fact that the water is accumulated in the groove after grooving is avoided.
